To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. All returns must include a proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
Non-returnable Items: The following products are not eligible for return:

- Sale items (unless specified otherwise)
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been opened, damaged, or altered by the customer

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
